Terms & Conditions for Online (Trade) Promotion

1. The promoter is Saddler's Creek Pokolbin Pty Ltd (ABN 16 003 590 556) trading as Saddler's Creek Wines, of 15 Marrowbone Road, Pokolbin, New South Wales, 2320. Phone (02) 4991 1770
2. The competition commences at 12.00pm (AEDST) on Monday the 1st of August 2011 and continues until 2355pm (AEDST) on Sunday 1st April 2012.
3. Entry to the competition can be made by purchasing a case of wine from Saddler's Creek Wines. Purchases gain automatic entry to the competition. Each subsequent wine purchase made obtains another entry.
4. To enter this competition, the promoter needs to collect personal information about the entrant. If the entrant fails to provide all details required then the entrant may not be able to enter the competition.
5. A minimum age of 18 is required to enter.
6. Prize includes, 10 nights accommodation at Heliconia Byron Bay in a 5 star (self rated) beach house. On arrival, complimentary case of Saddler's Creek wines & Banquet dinner for 2 at The Orient Express Restaurant.
7. Accommodation at Heliconia Byron Bay is subject to availability.
8. The prize must be utilised between the 1st May 2012 and 15th December 2012
9. The prize is non transferable, non redeemable for cash and cannot be on-sold to a third party.
10. Travel arrangements, including flights, travel insurance, meals, spending money, car hire and all other ancillary costs are the winner's responsibility.
11. Employees of the promoter, Saddler's Creek Pokolbin Pty Ltd, and their immediate families, participating agents associated with this Promotion and their families are ineligible to enter.
12. Accommodation must be arranged directly with the proprietors of Heliconia Byron Bay through their website, www.heliconiabyronbay.com
13. All arrangements between the winner and Heliconia Byron Bay must be conducted directly and not through Saddler's Creek Wines or it's employees. Saddler's Creek Wines accepts no responsibility for the failure of Heliconia Byron Bay to adequately deliver on the prizes mentioned in these terms and conditions.
14. The total value of the prize is valued at $7,000.
15. The draw will be conducted at the Saddler's Creek Winery, 15 Marrowbone Rd, Pokolbin, NSW, 2320 on Monday the 2nd of April 2012 at 1400 and the successful applicant will be notified by phone or email within 2 business days. The results will be published online at www.saddlerscreek.com and www.clubequus.com
16. The competition is operating under NSW PERMIT NUMBER LTPS/11/06687.
