We are delighted with this new vintage release of our 'flagship red'. We have long thought that the 2004 vintage was an excellent one for the Langhorne Creek region where our creme de la creme Cabernet fruit comes from. The very best thing we can say about the particular vintage is "Just Taste It" ... enjoy it with almost any cuisine and at any time. This is one of our 'special' Bluegrasses.

We are especially pleased to include in this pack our latest Reserve Chardonnay. This 2007 Reserve Chardonnay is a fine example o Hunter chardonnay at its best. It has beautiful fruit flavours with just the slightest hint of toasted oak and finishes with a delightful long palate that leaves your mouth with enduring natural fresh fruit sweetness. This wine has already been awarded a Trophy for current vintage Chardonnay (2007 Hunter Boutique Wine Show - Class 6).

You have 1 bottle (yes, we know it is a tease) of the brand new release Series Five Shiraz in your pack. This wine is a special Hunter Shiraz. The grapes came from our Herlstone Vineyard from a very low yield of only 1.5 tons to the acre, which produced rich and ripe, intensely flavoured juice that has developed into a unique wine after 30 months of patient and careful oak maturation.

As with all of our Equus Collection Series wines, every member has a maximum allocation of just 6 bottles for further purchase (while stocks last).
